Pricing
There's no contact-us for pricing here. We're clear, honest and open.
We have 3 distinct offerings to help you implement, support and upgrade your Odoo installation.
However, we understand that every business is unique, so we're flexible with our pricing and services. For example, if you have internal staff actively working on the project, we’ll adapt our approach and pricing to complement their work. Plus, if you choose to take on additional IT services with us, we’ll include a discount straight away.
Pay As You Go
Starting at
£ 850
/ day
Pre-paid predictable pricing, with discounts (upto 15%) available for established customers or bulk purchase.
Whatever you need us for, be that support, implementation, major version upgrade, consultancy, or just as backup to your internal staff.
All recorded in transparent 5 minute intervals, with reviews/statements of usage at the end of the month.
We're flexible. If you don't think we've been reasonable, we'll have a discussion and ultimately credit some or all the time back. We want to build a long term relationship.
Maintenance, with upgrade
£ Variable*
/ lines of customisation / month
(minimum 1 year commitment)
* Minimum charge of £ 475 / month.
Upgrade every 1 year 1 year commitment | £0.16 / line |
Upgrade every 2 years 2 year commitment | £0.875 / line |
Upgrade every 3 years 3 year commitment | £0.617 / line |
If you're not adding new customisations, then your Financial Director will love the fixed cost, which has an inclusive upgrade cycle (every 1, 2 or 3 years depending on your plan).
Our software maintenance support contract keeps things simple and fair, focusing on the custom code that powers your ERP system.
Inclusive upgrades: Enjoy a complimentary upgrade every 1, 2 or 3 years (depending on your plan), beginning no earlier than six months after your contract starts (unless we agree otherwise). Upgrades are prioritized based on need and booked on a first-come, first-served basis when being booked. Please note: If an upgrade isn’t carried out, the cost of the maintenance plan remains the same. Refunds or partial adjustments won’t be available.
We’ll handle bug fixes, performance improvements, and end-user support as part of your maintenance plan for:
- Standard Odoo Community and Enterprise apps
- Project-specific and Open-source apps (like those from the Odoo Community Association or Glo’s own contributions)
- Glo’s closed-source apps.
Third party app store modules are not included.
Our internal catalogue of apps, will be available for use, for free.
Reduced Rates for New Features: Want to add new features? We’ve got you covered at a discounted day rate of £475/day. Glo will work closely with you to classify what counts as a new feature versus standard maintenance before starting any work. Assistance with migrations for other systems (such as Xero) or importing would be considered a new feature.
We won't nickel and dime you. If something is a technically a new feature, but it's not going to take us long to implement, we'll include it in the maintenance plan.
Optional scheduled check-ins: You can opt for regular meetings with the Glo team, based on your project size, upgrade frequency, and our internal scoring system. These sessions are a great way to stay connected and aligned.
Your maintenance includes project management time, subject to reasonable levels of usage. We’ll keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone’s on the same page, so you can focus on your business while we handle the details.
Here's how it works:
- We count the custom lines of code in your production installation once a month. Our tool that handles this is source available, if you want to run it yourself.
- We only count the modules you’re actively using. If a module is part of your project but isn’t installed, it won’t be included.
- We don’t include or support paid app store modules under this agreement - keeping things focused and manageable for everyone involved.
- Odoo Community and Enterprise modules: Are not counted, but we'll fully support them throughout your project's lifecycle.
- Your Project-Specific Modules: We’re here to support and maintain everything tailored just for you
- Open Source Modules (like OCA, and Glo's): We’ll take full responsibility for maintaining these, ensuring they’re updated and ready for future upgrades, so you don’t have to worry about third-party support dropping off.
- Glo's Closed Source Shared Modules: If your project ends up being the only one using a shared module in your version, we’ll need to ensure to keep it running smoothly with bug fixes and improvements throughout your project’s lifecycle.
- If you have internal modules (written by your staff) that require support, their lines of code will also be included in our regular reviews. This ensures fair and accurate coverage for the entire scope of your project. It is up to the customer to inform us to exclude any modules.
- As we make enhancements—whether fixing bugs, improving performance, or adding features—your project’s lines of code may fluctuate (up and down). We will review this monthly, keeping everything efficient and transparent. Regular upgrades may even reduce the amount of custom code as Odoo adds out of box support for functionality you may have custom code for, reducing your monthly maintenance after upgrade!
